It’s all about the convenience!
Through our usability testing over the months we found that a ton of people were getting stuck with the “Two Separate Logins” within the app (if you were one of those people you know what we’re talking about, haha). Again with convenience! In the past we’ve used Paypal as a means of facilitating credit card transactions. However, this caused the ride payment process to become very slow and inefficient for riders and drivers alike.
